Refund policy

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a refund.  Returns made after 14 days from the stamped date of shipment will NOT be accepted. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring items are sent back in original condition. All original shipping charges  are non-refundable.
    Please note we do not accept exchanges, customers will have to return the original item(s) and place another order for the new product.

    HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

    If you would like to make a return, please reach out to Hello@shopcasapetalos.com to verify return eligibility before sending pieces back.
    Please provide us with the following:

    • Reason for return, order number, and product description. 

    Once your return has been approved, please pack and seal your return securely in the original packaging if possible. Include the original packing slip with the indicated information above.


    Refunds will be processed once the item(s) has been received and inspected. If eligible, a refund We will be issued for the original purchase price. Please allow up to 10 days for your credit to process.
